Welcome

Become a part of the old Vanilla world. Set up your client according to our guide.

If you have any questions, read the FAQ first. In case you don’t find the answer, you can try asking on our DISCORD server.

Most our services are to be found on the web page of the TwinStar project, under which Kronos belongs.

Account Manager

In order to play on Kronos, you need a game account created in the account manager.

Account manager also contains many useful features like the character auction or donate system. You can purchase Stars through the donate system, and for these Stars you can then buy special mounts, pets or tabards that cannot be obtained in-game.
You cannot buy any gear this way!
However, in our character auction you can spend your Stars on characters that were leveled up by Kronos players.

Discord

Discord is a service that allows you to communicate with other players and members of the Kronos Team. You can use text channels as well as voice channels.

How to get on Discord:
Visit https://discordapp.com/ website where you can choose between downloading app for windows, smartphone or web service.

To join Kronos discord you only need to use our invitation
Discord invitation: https://discord.gg/yzQSnNp

The only thing you have to do is to make an account and then click on the invitation above. After these steps, you will be directed to the Kronos Discord.

We are looking forward to seeing you there.

Note: To prevent abuse our bot will kick all users with recently created accounts. Your account has be at least one hour old.

Armory

Kronos has its own Armory, where you can search for characters, guilds and various statistics like Honor ranking.

TwinHead

It’s our gaming database, where you can find information concerning NPCs, quests, zones etc. It includes plenty of features: Bosskills, detailed statistics from every instance encounter, changelog and much more.

It is also a place where you are supposed to report bugs you find in-game (and only them!) – malfunctioning quests, NPCs, items, spells etc.

Rules and the Scourge Invasion

Greetings Travelers,

Today we are bringing you project rule changes, an impending invasion, and an added Kronos Team role of Community Manager

Rules overhaul

Over the past few months, the Kronos Team has been refining the Official Kronos Rules, and we are happy to announce that as of today the new changes are live. Listed below are a few of the changes, but we encourage everyone to review them in their entirety here: – remember – ignorance of the rules is not a valid excuse for any rule breaking.

Progressive punishment – Offers an explanation of how player infractions are handled by the Kronos Team.
PVP Abuse/Safespotting – Here we closed some loopholes in the old rule set and added something called the “Golden Rule” for battlegrounds – All PvP participants are expected to be actively involved in the advancement of battleground objectives. Same Faction griefing has been more clearly defined with examples of what is not acceptable.
GDKP – Rules have been updated and made more clear.

Along with the technical changes to the rules, we have also made the rules page much easier to read, understand, and navigate.

Scourge Invasion

The day many have feared for years has finally come: the Scourge has launched a direct attack on the lands of Azeroth! Reports of necropolis sightings are coming in from all over the world, the massive structures looming ominously on the horizon, ready to move at Kel’Thuzad’s command. A dreadful dawn is rising in the east as the Lich King’s dark minions prepare to descend upon Azeroth. Soon the Scourge will march again, and this time there is no prophet to speak the warning, no gallant knight to fight the coming darkness, no legendary hero to thwart the monstrosity on the Frozen Throne.

It is up to you now to become the fire that burns against the cold, the light of hope that prevails beneath the Shadow of the Necropolis!

The Invasion begins on May 8th, 2019 and will last for four weeks.

Details about Naxxramas will be disclosed later this month.

Community Manager

While the Kronos Team has always strived to be open and available to players who have problems or concerns, sometimes a player might feel they are not being heard or that their concerns are being placed by the wayside. And so, in addition to my role on the GM Team, I (Surelock) have taken on the role of Community Manager! But what does that mean to you?
When you get frustrated with a Kronos policy, have an issue you feel isn’t being addressed in a timely manner (including tickets/bug reports) or not handled in a satisfactory manner, or you want to go and make a forum post about how you are unhappy with something – shoot me a message first! I will be keeping notes and bringing issues to the attention of the proper team members. I’m here to smooth the rough edges and help to make this an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Please note: Bug reports still need to be reported to Bug Tracker and in-game problems (such as quest issues, mail glitches, dungeon misloots, etc…) should still be made into in-game tickets or Discord tickets.

May the stars guide you, and Elune light your path!

For the Kronos Team
